The twin room was an excellent size. The bathroom included a walk in shower. There was a separate bath from the basin and toilet. This was really convenient. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.
The room felt small. There was no space to walk. This became difficult with an extra bed. They should provide bigger rooms to people coming with family. The bathroom area also felt small.

The location was not ideal. I had to walk further than expected to reach certain attractions. The on-site laundromat was often busy so I could not wash my clothes when I wanted to. The room service menu was quite limited. I wished there were more options available. the walls were a bit thin and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

the breakfast had quite a lot on offer. the onsen was a great experience, nice and clean. i thought the hotel probably deserves a five star rating.
The room i stayed in was small. there isn't much space to walk. It becomes more difficult with an extra bed in the room. they should provide bigger rooms for families.
